ECB’s digital euro consultation says public worried over privacy

As you may or may not already know, central banks across the globe are looking to take complete control over fiat currencies with central bank digital currencies (CBDC).

This new push for central bank digital currencies will remove the middle man (corporate banks), allowing consumers to bank directly with central banks, AND allow central banks to track and trace every single transaction.

The move to a cashless society will remove any former privacy that free indivuals were once afforded.

The EU is closer to having a working product than most other countries, and their citizens are worried.
